I'm Autumn, and I specialize in a rare technique I mastered through specialist pâtisserie training in Paris. There are only a handful of cake artists in the UK who hand-sculpt white chocolate florals like this. It's not buttercream. It's not sugar flowers. It's sculptural edible art.
